Thank you Queen's Flowers! Chad was wonderful and very helpful. He ensured me that the order would be deliverer to the funeral in plenty of time. All of the other surrounding florist (Bella's Florist & City Florist) turned the order down because it was too much trouble for them. It was only a double plant basket. Thank you Chad! Your the best!!!!

I called to place an order for a memorial service. The fella answered the phone right at 5 O’clock, he did seem rushed and was very helpful. He had the arrangement I ordered over to the funeral home by 9am the next day. This was my first time using Queens but because of the great customer service I will use them again.

My wife loved the flowers I got last month for her and I plan on getting more they was beautiful.. and I was a walk in.. and they was very nice and worked with me on the price..

Beautiful flowers, great costumer service and timely delivery. Called from out of the country to request an Anniversary arrangement be delivered to local restaurant… took c.card over the phone and even texted a picture of arrangement. Delivered on time and even added a special note for 67 wedding. Parents said it was the most beautiful arrangement they’d ever seen. Great job, highly recommend.

I am a little behind on writing this. A lot has happened in the past month since loosing my Father on the day before hurricane Helene came through. Seems everything went crazy to get the funeral over with Yet I can say Queen's Florist made my process with them so easy. They had one wreath I wanted but wrong colors. The only one they had. My heart was set on it because of the solar light in it to burn at night to show my father was not forgotten nor was he alone. They did the color change for me in red, white and blue . Oh they did a lot of extra work taking it apart to change from purple and did not charge me no extra. May God Bless You for all you did. It was beautiful,even though with regret the first night it was already stolen off the grave. It is a shame that people would do such a think. They said they steal them and resale them at cattle sale. It Broke My Heart. Though thank each one at Queen's that made it possible for me to have the special wreath for the service.

What a Delightful family run business. This was my first time doing business with this florist. I called to get flowers for my fiancé for Valentine’s Day. I ordered two dozen roses and all I can say is wow. The arrangement had all kinds of cool valentines day type of additions lots of babies, breath, and greenery along with very high-quality beautiful roses. The lady I spoke with said the flowers would be ready the next day. I chose to pick up. When I went to pick up the roses, the gentlemen there which I believe was the grandfather and father of the business were super attentive and so helpful offering assistance in every way, even to carry the flowers out to my vehicle and get the door for me. These people really understand, customer service, and kindness. I will use this kind family business in the future.
